At The Paracord Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted accessories. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the paracord items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
